Warranty
Kantan Kollektiv does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products. Our pieces are handmade by artisans globally they may have slight flaws, cracks or imperfections which give them a unique character as no one piece will be identically the same this is not considered a fault. The materials used are natural and raw they may have variances in color and form.
Our pieces are thoroughly checked prior to leaving our warehouse we cannot take any responsibility once the piece or order leaves our warehouse for any breakages or damages during transport/shipping. If you would like to add shipping insurance to your piece whilst being shipped please contact us directly prior to purchasing for a quotation.
PURCHASES
All orders that are placed through our online store is an offer by you to state you are purchasing the particular item in accordance with our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order you make using our Website for any reason. We advise you to please select carefully. Every effort has been made to ensure our products/colors are represented accurately, different color calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproduction. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund should our artisans advise us they are unable to manufacture a particular item. We require a skilled workforce to make our range and labor shortages can occur from time to time.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive SST. Kantan Kollektiv reserves the right to change the pricing at any time without any notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price plus any applicable shipping and handling charges in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up at our studio is only available by appointment at No 4, Jalan 2/1 , Taman TAR, 68000 Ampang, Selangor. Please email us at hello@kantankollektiv.com or text/WhatsApp at +6012-513 5979 to arrange for pick up. Local pick up by 3rd party services i.e. Lalamove, The Lorry or Grab can also be arranged upon request.
SHIPPING
Kantan Kollektiv currently ships to Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore.
Shipping within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) is calculated at checkout and is determined by weight. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), and Brunei shipping, please contact us at hello@kantankollektiv.com for quotation by sea freight. We will use our preferred shipping partners unless advised otherwise.
For Singapore shipping, please contact us at hello@kantankollektiv.com for a quotation. International shipping may require a Duties and Taxes payment which is payable by the client and advised by the carrier.

*Please note if you choose not to add shipping insurance your order will not be covered for any breakages or damages once your order leaves our warehouse.
Pre-orders / Custom Orders
Pre-orders and custom orders are not refundable and are paid in full upfront for your order to proceed into production. Delivery dates are an approximate and for guidance only. We will make all efforts to try to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. As our pieces are handmade, we are sometimes affected by delays outside our control. We reserve the right to cancel any production of any of the products on our website. In these circumstances, the payment that was received for the order will be refunded to the customer if applicable.
DISCLAIMER
Kantan Kollektiv endeavour to make every effort possible to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may be occasionally price changes, sold out goods or unforeseen backorders and other unintentional errors on our site. The freight services we recommend are an optional extra there may be unforeseen seen price changes that may apply after being invoiced that will be passed on to the customer. This is not our responsibility to pay for any price changes or increases. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Professional installation is required for installing our hanging chairs and lampshades. Fittings are not included. We do not take any responsibility for damage to any property or personal injury. Kantan Kollektiv excludes all liability to you or anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind.
